I do my bookkeeping using Sage Line 50, and have all my invoices and receipts entered. I am happy to continue to do this or am open to suggestions of other (simpler) ways to get the necessary figures to my accountant.

Prepare the following returns;
CT600 (corp tax abbreviated)
PAYE Anual return (1 employee + advise on most tax efficient way to take money out, i.e. combination of dividends and PAYE )
Companies house annual return
Companies house accounts
Possibly self assessment
Any other returns I might have left out that apply to a Ltd. company.

I am currently a very small company (probably about 4-8 invoices a month). I would like to discuss possible restructuring i.e. setting up as a sole trader, benefits/drawbacks.

I would prefer to use an accountant that is reasonably local so that we can meet face to face if needed.

Hopefully that's enough information, please feel free to contact me if you need more information to quote accurately.

Regards,

Chris.

I am a "one man" Limited company, I started in Commercial vehicle retail and have moved to I.T. since the recession destroyed my original market.
I have run everything myself until now, things have got busy and I dont have time to file accounts any more. I have a limited budget for an accountant but this will hopefully increase as my business grows.
