I am currently in the process of setting up a limited company so that I may become a self employed contractor offering my professional services to the social care sector.

I would like an accountant (preferably in the Southwark or Lambeth area of London, but will consider others) to offer advice on company formation, prepare my tax returns, statutory accounts and advise on tax effciency to ensure that I pay the minimum amount of tax.

I will keep my own records electronically using Excel (Accountant can advise on a template to use). I will invoice weekly but I do not expect my invoices to exceed more than 40 in the first year. Expected turnover is between £1-£50,000.
