I need a accountant to advise and help me setup and register a business. I will also need advice as to what type of business to register and how to become vat registered etc.

The business in question is an internet shop whereby customers place an order with me and pay via Paypal etc then I source at a discounted rate and pass on.

I have an excel document setup which list costs and sales etc but this does not take into account things such as vat.

The 18k so in 2010 relates to around 400 orders, turnover is high but profit is very low

I currently have a full time job and this is something I have been doing in my spare time without success.

This year I have made a real push to make this work and so far I have turned over around 18k hence why I need to get this sorted.

This is something I can do myself keeping my full time job though my wife also occasionally helps out as she is only part time employed.
